The Circle

The circle can be understood as a universal archetype for the people of the world.  Within traditional Indigenous life, for example, the circle is an ever present symbol that provides guidance and directs an individual towards a balanced life.  The circle not only reflects what is beyond our reach like the planets and their cyclical movements, but represents those things intimately connected to each and every one of us: the spirals that are engraved on our finger tips, the spheres that are the ‘windows’ to our souls and the circle of life that connects us all.   The circle is therefore present everywhere and in everything. With a deep respect for Indigenous modes of thinking and being, the firm’s logo incorporates the circle with leaves growing out from each side as a reminder of our shared humanity and our interconnectedness to all living beings.
